A Fair and Fun Way to Get the Limited Drops You Love

At Chaos Cards, we believe everyone deserves a fair shot at snagging our most sought-after products. That’s why we’ve created our product drop system — a simple, transparent way to manage high-demand releases.

When a product’s popularity far exceeds availability, it’ll be distributed through this system rather than our standard sales.

Getting involved is easy:

1. Create an account on our site. Our accounts are free and we won't bombard you with unwanted messages. We’d love you to sign up to hear from us — but you’re free to opt in or out as you choose.

2. Log in to your account.

3. Find the product's page. Select Notify Me 

If a product is going to be sold through a product drop, you’ll see the yellow sash and the product drop sign-up text and Notify Me button will appear:

That’s it! We’ll handle the rest. If you’re selected, we’ll send you an email — then just log in and place your order like usual.

No stress, no scramble — just a fair chance at the cards you love.

KEY INFORMATION

The product drops are for items that have limited stock available. The invite will specify the item, the quantity you have been invited to buy and any restrictions.

If your invite includes one per customer, once the drop has closed we will be running checks to see if any orders have been purchased by the same customer or are being sent to the same address.

We will contact you via email to let you know if your order has been flagged by these checks and will be cancelled. 

We understand this may be disappointing if your order gets cancelled but our team are doing their best to keep the system as fair as possible. 

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout, it can’t be changed afterwards.

If you have tried to purchase the item without receiving an invite your order will also be cancelled. We have a limited amount of stock available so any additional purchases may mean we do not have enough stock to fulfil all orders. 

NEW AND IMPROVED PRODUCT DROP SYSTEM

We are currently testing a new and improved product drop system. This system works slightly differently to the product drop system we have used in the past. Full details can be found over on our blog.

WHAT'S IMPROVED

• Individual accounts and pre-authorised cards dramatically reduces the chance of people making multiple accounts. 
• This means more stock to go further across the community and more chances to win!

WHAT'S NEW

• We will charge your card for a pre-authorised amount before running the drop. 
• The charge will be pending whilst the drop takes place.
• If you do not win the authorisation will be cancelled and the hold on the unused funds will be released.
• Once the drop has closed and the draw has started it may take a few hours for all entries to be processed. 

• Card payments only for this drop, e‑wallet and gift vouchers aren’t supported.
• Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout, it can’t be changed afterwards.
• If you do need to fix your address simply cancel your entry and submit a new one with the correct details.

We completely appreciate pending funds can be concerning, if you want to keep your funds held for less time consider entering closer to the deadline.

If you are unsuccessful in a product drop, make sure to keep an eye on upcoming drops, as you will get an extra entry for the next drop you join.
