Because we value the Chaos Cards community so much, our team developed the all-new Chaos Cards Product Drop system. The goal is simple: to ensure that every fan gets a fair, transparent, and stress-free chance to get the most sought-after releases.

To give you an idea of the demand we face, this year a high-profile release saw over 32,000 users on the Chaos Cards website at once, generating over 2 million requests in just 30 minutes! This level of traffic can lead to site crashes and result in the "fastest-finger-first" experience that isn't fair to everyone.

The new Product Drop system removes this stress and the scramble, and gives our customers an equal chance to purchase the products they love. This means less stress and a fairer chance for all our shoppers.

How Does a Chaos Cards Product Drop Work?

1. Create and Account: It’s free, and you'll be able to checkout faster with all your details saved to your account.
2. Log In: You MUST be logged in to participate.
3. Find the Product: Look for the yellow sash on the product page
    

The Current System

Once you have found the product you are after and sign up for stock notifications you will receive an email if you are selected with further details about purchasing. 

The New System

When a product drop is open you will be able to enter you details to take part. 

• We will charge your card for a pre-authorised amount before running the drop. 
• The charge will be pending whilst the drop takes place.
• If you do not win the money will be returned to you.

We completely appreciate pending funds can be concerning, if you want to keep your funds held for less time consider entering closer to the deadline. 

Does entering the drop guarantee I get the product? 

Entry into a drop gives you a chance to buy. Because demand is so high (on average, we find around 60,000 people sign up for a product drop), we use this system to ensure the selection process is fair for everyone who signed up.

I missed the email! Can I still buy the item? 

Each product drop has a specific deadline. Once that window closes, the product reservation is released to next drop.

Why was my order cancelled? 

To keep things fair, we have a strict one-per-customer policy. The Chaos Cards system automatically flags and cancels multiple orders from the same account, including different accounts with the same delivery address.

Can I change my delivery address after I've won? 

No. To be fair, to prevent scalping and to ensure security, the address used at checkout is final. (So make sure you double-check your details before pressing confirm!)

What happens to my "Pending" payment if I don't win? 

If you aren't selected, the Pending authorisation on your card will automatically be released. No money will leave your account, though it may take a few days for your bank to reflect the updated balance.
