Mega Evolve your Strength

Pokémon Mega Evolution was first mentioned on Pokémon day this year, but we have a definite release date now of September 2025 and we couldn’t be more hyped. It sounds like Pokémon of all types are putting EVERYTHING on the line to become Mega Evolution Pokémon ex. This thrilling new set brings back fan-favourite Pokémon from the XY era (‘Wahoo’ we hear you say!) The forthcoming release is set to feature not only powerful Pokémon, but their powerful trainers too. Excitingly, Mega Evolution will also feature the debut of ultra rare items and Pokémon Tool cards- the Chaos Cards team can feel the anticipation building already!

Prepare for the Biggest Battles yet!

Mega Gardevoir ex and the dynamic Mega Lucario ex are at the forefront of this exciting release and the artwork for these two Pokémon in particular looks so good! Fan favourites Lillie and Wally are returning as powerful supporter cards and we can’t wait to see them return. There is also a buzz surrounding the Pokémon TCG debut of Mega Latias ex! We don’t know about you but the Chaos Cards team are really excited to see what other cards are showcased. So far, we know that there are due to be

The Mega Evolution Cards to Look out for

Pokémon fans are rather hyped for Mega Venasaur to appear in Mega Evolution. Mega Venasaur just so happens to have the highest hp total ever to appear on a Pokémon TCG card. (How cool?) If that isn’t enough, they can use the Jungle Dump attack to do 240 damage ands a solar transfer ability, so they can move basic energy around to plant seeds for multiple attacks! How amazing is that?!

Are you after a Pokémon that floats like a Butterfree but stings like a Beedrill? Then look no further then Mega Latias, making their appearance for the first time! This Legendary Pokémon is super speedy, and comes with an Illusory Impulse attack which causes a HUGE 300 damage when discarding all of its attached energy. Not only that, but the art work looks so good! Fingers crossed you find at least one of these in your pulls!
