Product Details

Imperial High Command may be the mind behind the Imperial Army, but each commander has their own approach to commanding their troops. From strategic deployment and R&D to sabotage and pure might, commanders of the Imperial Army may not agree on their methods, but they all want to end any rebellion.

This expansion adds 4 new Commander options for players when building their Galactic Empire Army - Tarkin, Krennic, Thrawn, and General Tagge

Grand Moff Wilhuff Tarkin: A high-ranking officer in the Galactic Empire, Tarkin was known for his ruthless efficiency and unwavering loyalty to the Emperor. He pioneered the "Tarkin Doctrine," which advocated ruling through fear of overwhelming force, exemplified by his command and destruction of Alderaan using the Death Star. His strategic mind and willingness to commit atrocities made him one of the Empire's most feared and influential figures.

Director Orson Krennic: As the Director of Advanced Weapons Research, Krennic was obsessed with completing the Death Star project to solidify his legacy within the Empire. Ambitious and driven, he often clashed with other Imperial officers due to his hunger for recognition and control over the project. Despite his crucial role in bringing the Death Star to fruition, Krennic's efforts to secure his position ultimately proved futile, and he met his demise on Scarif.

Grand Admiral Thrawn: Thrawn was a Chiss officer who rose through the ranks of the Imperial Navy due to his brilliant strategic mind. Known for studying the art and culture of his enemies to predict their moves, Thrawn was a formidable tactician and one of the few non-human Grand Admirals. He commanded the Imperial fleet with calculated precision, earning both respect and fear from his subordinates and adversaries alike.

General Tagge: General Tagge was an Imperial officer who served during the Galactic Civil War. He was present at the meeting on the Death Star where strategies were discussed to deal with the Rebel Alliance. While competent, Tagge was known to be cautious and skeptical, often providing a more conservative viewpoint in military planning.
