Strontium Dog is a long-running feature in the UK comic-book series 2000AD. Created by writer John Wagner and artist Carlos Esquerra, the series appeared in the first issue of 2000AD sister publication Starlord in 1978. The series follows the (sometimes) bizarre adventures of mutant bounty hunter, Johnny Alpha, responsible for such legendary achievements as leading a mutant uprising on Earth and time-travelling to 1945 to arrest Adolf Hitler. Johnny Alpha now features on a 500 piece jigsaw puzzle printed on high quality board.
