Having placed many orders with Chaos Cards over the last year for numerous games, expansions and yes, deck protectors - they have not once failed to dissapoint. Occasionally, in the rare event of an issue arising (for example when I accidentally ordered two copies of the same game expansion), their customer service staff have been excellent. Courteously resolving any issues with the minimum of fuss. The only minor critisism that I would have is that I do not feel that I have been provided with may status updates for an order that I placed in April for Gloomhaven and other games. I fully appreciate however that Gloomhaven was a pre order (and outside of Chaos Cards ability to control delivery) but an unsolicited update or two over the months would have been nice. I look forward to receiving Gloomhaven (and the other games I ordered 6mts ago now) shortly now that Gloomhaven seems to be hitting European kickstarter backers. Overall, this company has surpassed expectation and I have no hesitation at all in recomending Chaos Cards to anyone serious about games. Excellent work Chaos Cards...Thank you.
