I have used a Credit or Debit card, but my E-Wallet funds have not come off, is there a problem?

Firstly, as the E-Wallet deduction is not a discount, it does not show up in the payment summary shown in the 'My Orders' section of your account. However, on the order confirmation E-Mail it will give you a full breakdown, including E-Wallet deductions. If it is still not showing up there please contact support@chaoscards.co.uk and we will investigate for you.
