And so it begins......

So we kick things off with a massive thank you to you our lovely customers for your massive support all these years. The time has truly flown by and now Chaos Cards will be ten in 2021!

We're so pleased to be able to present to you today our brand new website, Chaos Cards III is live and accepting orders as of 8.30 am 18/8/20.

1. Reset your Password

Before we delve into all the great new features and what they mean for you, we must begin with a bit of housekeeping.

Unfortunately re-platforming means we've not been able to take your passwords with us, which means you will need to reset your password the first time you login. If you are having difficulty with this, please contact our support desk using the Contact Us widget on the side of the screen.

Please be kind to Andy and Charlotte as they will be receiving a lot of messages today!

3. Membership is back!

So that's right, we did promise and now we've delivered! Our membership scheme loyalty payout is back. Click here for full details.

You will notice that your points total has been reset to entry level of whichever membership level you were when we migrated to Chaos Cards III. E.G if you were Gold on Chaos Cards II with 1.2 million points, you are now Gold on Chaos Cards III with 100K points.

You cannot spend the points, historically our scheme has never run this way. So everyone starting off at the correct level makes perfect sense and all benefits are in place.

4. Introducing Klarna

Chaos Cards III is proud to partner with Klarna, the leading provider of pay later options. You can find full information on how Klarna works on our dedicated Klarna page here.

You can pay by card now. Klarna's full range of options will be going live in the next 1-2 weeks. You can process your card payments through Klarna as normal, in the future you will be able to apply for the Pay in 30 days or to Slice it in 3 options. Klarna then undertake a soft credit check that does not affect your credit score and let you know if you can use the service for your order.

We continue to offer PayPal and Amazon Pay.

5. Shipping options simplified

One of the most valuable criticisms we received from customers is the overwhelming number of shipping options we offer can be confusing. So this was something we have urgently addressed with Chaos Cards III.

Going forward for U.K customers we have two options for you.

Standard Delivery

Will get you your order in around 2-5 working days

Chaos Swift Delivery

Will be shipped to you on a next weekday service if you order before 3pm Monday to Friday. Guaranteed Saturday Delivery is available for an additional charge.

*Saturday and Sunday are not considered weekdays*

International Delivery is unchanged from Chaos Cards II.

6. Future plans abound

Please don't think we are done yet! I hope you'll agree our latest incarnation is the best by far, however there is so much more to come. We'll share news as soon as we're able to.

Mark your message as Website suggestion - and your idea and we'll see it gets to the most appropriate person. You never know you might see your idea on future updates!
