This has 5 mono colour decks, some +1/+1 tokens, 5 spin down life counters and an simple introduction guide to Mtg. The decks seem reasonably balanced with no overly complicated mechanics so are perfect for beginners. The pentagonal box, while eye catching, doesnt have enough room to put the decks in if you choose to sleeve them which I feel is a huge oversight for this sort of eternal, entry level product so I deducted 1 for that. Magic is a weird game to evaluate for precons as it boils down to experienced players looking at individual card values and there are no hidden gems in here but this is more an entry level, teach your friends and kids type of product and as such it is well worth the money. As ever, Chaos Cards had it at too good a price to pass over and my son has loved learning the game via this product.
