First, my sales experience with Chaos Cards was absolutely fine, product arrived in good time and we'll packaged. The TvE organiser itself would be a great product if it didn't require so many adjustments to make it work (physically resizing and cutting certain parts of the boards). This is really disappointing for a product of this type and shows poor design. Fortunately I am OK with a craft knife, others may not have required tools.
