Welcome to Chaos Cards. We aim to provide a friendly, reliable and hassle-free shopping experience. By using our website and placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Customer Service

Our goal is to be your number one destination for board games, trading card games, miniatures and hobby products.

If you experience any issues with our website, products or service, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the matter quickly and fairly.


Returns and Refunds

Nothing in our Returns Policy affects your statutory rights.


Games Workshop Products

Refunds and Exchanges

All Games Workshop products are covered by our quality guarantee.

If you receive a product containing damaged or miscast components, we will offer a replacement or refund once the affected items have been returned to us.

Where applicable, we will also cover standard return postage costs.

Special Orders

If an item is unavailable on our website, please contact us and we may be able to include it in our next supplier order, subject to availability.

Shipping Restrictions

Games Workshop products may only be shipped to customers within the European Economic Area and Switzerland.

Orders placed for delivery outside these regions will be cancelled and refunded.


Delivery Services

We currently offer UK next day delivery services via Royal Mail and Parcelforce.

Orders placed before the stated daily cut-off time are usually dispatched the same working day for delivery on the next working day, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Saturday delivery services may also be available at checkout.

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, courier services are provided by third parties and delays may occasionally occur.

International delivery services are not time guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.


Lost Parcels

If your order is reported as lost in transit, we may choose to send a replacement order before issuing a refund.

Replacement shipments may be sent using tracked delivery services.


Pre-orders

When placing a preorder, payment is taken at the time the order is placed in order to reserve stock.

You may cancel a preorder for a full refund at any point before dispatch.

If the preorder price decreases before your order ships, we can either:

  • refund the difference

  • or provide store credit for the price adjustment


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If an order is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we may charge additional postage costs to resend the parcel.

Customers may alternatively choose to return the order under our standard Returns Policy where applicable.


Order Errors or Shortages

We work hard to ensure all orders are packed accurately.

If there is a problem with your order, including missing or incorrect items, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

Early reporting greatly improves our ability to investigate issues with couriers and warehouse records.

Where clear evidence shows an error has occurred, we will always work to resolve the issue fairly.


Members Area and Loyalty Programme

Chaos Cards operates a loyalty programme known as the Members Area.

Customers may receive points, rewards or membership benefits through activities such as:

  • placing orders

  • referring friends

  • submitting reviews

  • participating in promotions

Membership tiers and benefits may change over time.

Points and reward balances:

  • have no cash value

  • are non-transferable

  • and cannot be exchanged for cash

We reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the loyalty programme or individual rewards at any time where necessary.

Wholesale customers may only return faulty products unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Games Workshop products are not available on wholesale terms.

Chaos Cards only sells genuine and authentic products sourced from approved suppliers.

Unless otherwise stated, products are supplied in mint condition.
