Returns Policy

Your purchase is covered by the consumer Distant Selling Regulations, you may therefore cancel the order within 7 days of receiving the goods. You will receive a full refund if the order is not yet dispatched, if the order has been dispatched before you cancel, then you would be able to return the item, but would be liable for the postage charges.

We have a very good no quibbles return policy. If you wish to return an item you can do within 7 days of purchase, so long as the item is returned unopened and in the same condition as received. Please contact us if you wish to arrange a return. A full refund for the product is given once the items are returned, your cost of posting the item back to us and the postage paid by you when ordering is not covered by this policy.

Defect Orders

Our efficiency is very good, however despite our best efforts,very occasionally something may go wrong. If your item is received damaged, or you receive the wrong item, then you must return the wrong / damaged item before a refund or replacement can be sent. In this case we cover the return carriage by standard first class post. It is your responsibility to ensure the item is returned. Refund for return postage is provided on receipt of the item.
