Returns Policy

We offer an extended returns policy on eligible products, giving you up to one month to cancel your order in certain circumstances. Full details are below.

When returning an item, please include your order number or confirmation email so we can process your return quickly.

Order Cancellations and Unwanted Items

If your item is:

• unopened
• unused
• undamaged
• and in its original sealed packaging exactly as received

then you may return it as unwanted within one month of receiving your order.

If the above conditions are not met, the standard 14 day statutory cancellation period will apply instead.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs and for ensuring items arrive back to us in the same condition they were received.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Fair Use Policy

To prevent misuse of the extended returns policy:

• a maximum of 6 items may be returned under this policy
• the maximum lifetime value of returns under this policy is £150 including VAT
• the policy is limited to one use per household or address

If these limits are exceeded, we reserve the right to refuse the return request.

Acceptance of a return above these limits does not guarantee future returns will be accepted. Each case will be assessed individually.

This policy is intended for consumer purchases only and does not apply to products purchased for resale.

We also reserve the right to withdraw or refuse the extended returns policy where we reasonably believe it is being abused or manipulated.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

We will provide an appropriate resolution at no cost to you. We reserve the right to refuse claims, or apply reasonable charges, where issues are reported after this period.

Damaged Cards Inside Sealed Products

If an individual card inside a sealed product such as a booster pack is damaged, we can only replace the sealed product itself, as this is the item originally purchased.

In some cases, manufacturers may offer replacement cards directly. While they are not obligated to do so, contacting the manufacturer may help resolve the issue more quickly.

Incorrect Items or Manufacturing Faults

If:

• your order arrives damaged
• you receive the wrong item
• or your item develops a manufacturing fault

Many manufacturing issues can also be resolved directly through the manufacturer.

Where a return is required due to our error or a confirmed fault, we will reimburse return postage costs up to the value of standard shipping.

Pre-order Cancellations

You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before your order has shipped.

Orders are usually dispatched one day before the official release date, although some products, including Magic: The Gathering releases, may ship on the release day itself.

If a pre-order product decreases in price before dispatch, we can either:

• refund the difference
• or issue store credit for the price difference

This applies up until the order is dispatched.

Refund Times

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after we confirm receipt of the returned items.

Unless otherwise stated, all products are supplied in mint condition.
