Shipping Times

UK mainland 1st Class - usually takes 1-3 days from date of dispatch. It can take longer sometimes, for example, if your parcel is too big to fit through a letterbox, then you may have missed the delivery. Royal Mail do not always leave a calling card and it may be at the sorting office. If you parcel is more than 3 days late, we would recommend checking with neighbours and the local sorting office.

Delivery by courier, such as DHL or Parcelforce is tracked and the delivery time is typically 2 working days from the time of dispatch. Next day delivery service is available on request. If your parcel has not arrived within 15 working days of receiving our dispatch notice and it is not at the sorting office, then please contact us. Please provide your name as it would appear on your order, order reference and the date you received our dispatch note, this will help us to deal with your query quickly for you.

Airmail to Europe - Usually takes 5 -10 days, but it can take longer if there is a delay in the postage system. Please allow 28 working days for your item to arrive. Standard Airmail is not tracked. Signed for and Airsure services are available and are tracked. We also offer a flat rate Euro Parcel service to mainland Europe which is tracked, please do contact us if you are wanting to place a large order.
